Background:
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a growing concern about the spread of the virus through contact with infected surfaces or individuals. To address this concern, a project has been initiated to introduce contactless cash withdrawals from ATMs. This approach offers a safer and more secure method of withdrawing cash without the need for physical contact.
Objective:
The main objective of this project is to provide customers with a convenient and secure way to withdraw cash from ATMs without physical contact, thereby reducing the risk of exposure to COVID-19. Additionally, the project aims to enhance security measures to reduce the risk of fraud and scams associated with traditional cash withdrawals.

Precautions from disease that spreads by touching, along with less human touch, this card-less ATM will now be more secure from frauds and scams.
Transfer funds between linked bank accounts
Allows you to transfer funds at your convenience, from any place at any time. No need to visit the ATM
Recent transactions list
Allows you to keep a track of all your transactions, of all different ATM cards.
Receive account balance
Allows you to keep a track record of your balances, and provide you to easily manage your multiple bank cards in the same place.
User Peronas:
By analyzing the persona and user journey map and how they accomplish specific task when using the website, we are able to identify opportunities to solve the problem. In order to make the users tasks easier, I intended to incorporate the most natural user flow.

System set behind making the process contactless
To make a contactless cash withdrawal, users have to scan a QR code available at the ATM screen and enter the pin on their phone. This will reduce unnecessary contact with the ATM screen or keypad.
